So the first step is to make a journal at the end of the day and write down 3 things that went well during the day.
The next step is to write down 3 things that you would like to do differently tomorrow. Now the skill with doing this is not to beat yourself up about things that didn’t go well today, but to focus on specific things you would like to improve for the next day. What could you do better and most importantly, what how you be doing that skill better tomorrow.
You need to focus on what to do, and not what NOT to do!
