About Us

Tom MacKay is the main trainer for MacKay Solutions. Tom first trained in NLP in 1990 and since then has become one of the most respected NLP trainers in the UK. Tom is a Master Trainer of NLP, the highest level that can be attained, and is the only INLPTA Master Coach Trainer in the UK. He is also a psychologist. He has appeared on television on the BBC show “Pay Off Your Mortgage” and recently filmed a pilot show on family dynamics.

For more than 15 years, Tom has worked with individuals and organizations to help them achieve incredible results through Neuro Linguistic Programming. He has worked in therapeutic settings ranging from pain management to helping individuals create deep, lasting change. He has also trained and consulted with a large range of companies including Whitbread, Reuters, VISA, Royal Mail, and many other organizations. Tom is committed to helping his students create the results that they want.

Our Trainings

We offer the highest quality international NLP trainings lead by INLPTA certified Master Trainer Tom MacKay.

Our class sizes are small. We like to have a maximum of about 20 students.

We offer a variety of training routes and NLP courses. We offer the home study and seven day basic NLP Practitioner training, focusing on NLP in more depth than other short trainings. During our seven day training, you will receive the best home study course and training available and become certified as a Practitioner of NLP, recognized by ABNLP and ANLP.

If you are committed to being the best you can be in NLP, then we encourage you to complete 15 days of Practitioner level training leading to INLPTA Practitioner Certification. This involves the main seven days of NLP training (leading to ABNLP/ANLP Practitioner Certification), plus another eight days which can be completed in a variety of ways. For example, you can complete a combination of the six-day hypnotherapy and advanced language training course, assist on Practitioner Trainings, attend our evening seminars, and attend our two-day advanced NLP Practitioner Skills Program. You can choose the modules that work best with your own areas of interest.

Our Master Practitioner training is the deepest training you will receive in NLP and leads to certification through INLPTA (www.INLPTA.com). The training involves 15 days in the classroom and a project which takes about two to three days in which you integrate everything you have learned in a modeling project.
